Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times After your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery to your shipping address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods such as holidays. Foligon is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery at any time. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Foligon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at the email below and we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.
